Due to various issues associated with the COVID19 disease, Sunrise Pet Clinic is unable to accept new clients at this time. We need to focus our attention on providing service to our current clients which will include urgent care appointments for current patients and for any new pets of the current clients.
We will honor appointments for “new clients” that are already scheduled, but we cannot guarantee rescheduling. We will reassess the COVID19 situation regularly and adjust our policies as needed to continue to provide care to our clients and patients.
When you arrive at Sunrise Pet Clinic, you can expect high-quality care for your pet.
As a new client of our clinic in Tucson’s Catalina Foothills, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs.
Our staff is trained in “Fear Free” techniques, which means we will do everything we can to make your pet’s visits a positive and comfortable experience. We recommend you bring your pet hungry and bring his/her favorite treats with you to help build a positive association with our environment and team members.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist, and our technicians will guide you into an examination room as quickly as possible.
In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
One of our exceptional veterinarians will then examine your pet, ask you further questions and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.
This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
Our veterinary technician will come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer any wellness and care questions you may have. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
